Ryan Pryzbylkoswki

Driver- 797

Ryan is a Subaru Technician at Lancaster County Motors- Subaru. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology where he studied Automotive Technology.

Rally sparked Ryan’s interest in cars and fueled his desire to become an automotive technician. In 2019, Ryan purchased a prepared car and competed shortly after at STPR. Since then, Ryan has completed 16 out of 20 rallies he started. After a major rollover at NEFR 2022, Ryan and the Vilko team had a new rally car ready in just eight weeks. Ryan drove the new car 797, in its first race, to a third place podium finish. OVRMTN25 was Ryan’s best finish to date, First in NA4WD and 2nd Overall Regional. Ryan hopes to continue to fight for overall regional podiums in 2026.

James is a devoted and loving husband and father of four. He works as an architectural drafter at Premier Renovations doing residential construction and renovations in Lancaster County.

James has always loved cars and found rallying was his dream as a spectator at STPR in 2009. He then purchased a car and built it himself, with help from the Vilko team. After many hours of work, James first competed at the 2020 New York Forest Rally. Since then, James has finished all thirteen rallies he has started. In 2025 James was crowned the ARA East Region L4WD Champion and hopes to continue his success in 2026.

Ethan Curtis

Co-Driver 771

Ethan is from Vancouver, Washington, traveling to co-drive for different teams all around the country. Not only is he a co-driver, he started competing in rally cross events around his home state in 2018. His first stage rally was Oregon Trail Rally in 2021.

Ethan first started out with Vilko Motorsports co-driving for James in car 771 at New England Forest Rally in 2022. Since then, him and James have competed and finished in all 13 rallies they have done together. He is a dedicated and significant part of our team, we could not have as much fun as we do without him.

Betsy is from Calgary, Alberta, Canada traveling worldwide to continue following her passion in motorsports. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and is currently living/attending school in Ireland to obtain her Master's Degree in Psychology. She got into rally at a young age, began volunteering, then started co-driving in 2016 through both CRC and ARA events. Her first ARA event was in 2022 at Olympus Rally. She is a big supporter and also attends events for Women in Motorsports!

Betsy started with Vilko Motorsports co-driving for Ryan in car 797 at Southern Ohio Forest Rally in 2025. Since then, they have competed and finished all 5 events they have done together. Even though she has only been apart of the team for one season, she has made a huge positive impact not only on Ryan, but all of Vilko.
